Meet Grace

Grace Uwizeye-Allen is the CEO of Graceful Etiquette®. She is dual-certified in International Protocol and Business Etiquette. Grace is a graduate of The Protocol School of Washington and holds a Master's degree in Management and Leadership from Purdue University.

Her career in the military, coupled with her background in medicine and teaching in academia, built a foundation keen on attention to detail, skilled communication, and servant leadership. With her blend of expertise and experience, she delivers training that equips organizations to navigate the complexities of international diplomacy, cross-cultural communication, leadership development, and professional presence.

Grace's practical, hands-on approach has proven to be effective in a variety of settings, from conferences to classrooms. She has worked with a wide range of clients, spanning from global organizations to professionals seeking to lead confidently with precision and grace.
